Our installation services include air conditioner installation, furnace installation, and customized new installation options for both residential and commercial clients. In addition to installations, we offer regular servicing of high-efficiency heat pumps, all types of air conditioning, gas and hydronic heat, and commercial refrigeration systems. Preventative Maintenance Calls

Inspection of HVAC equipment for any abnormalities, or improper operation
Test heating and cooling operation and function
Test all safeties involved with heating or cooling operation
Inspect unit heat exchanger and test for any CO emissions in flue and airway
Replace all air filters and required fan belts
Oil or grease required motors and bearings
Clear and clean condensate drain
Visually inspected all parts of HVAC system for worn bearings, pulleys, or electrical components
Clean burner section and refrigerant coils

Service Call Process

Arrive on site and introductionsArrive on site and introductions
Gather intel from client regarding issues with equipment
Inspect equipment and start the troubleshooting procedures
Once the problem is found, we will explain the issue and start tracking down the replacement part(s)
Quotation will be given through office for approval
After approval, part(s) will be ordered
Technician will return to site with the new parts and perform the repair
Once complete, we will clean up the work space
After all is complete we will show the home owner what we have done and we will explain the new new part(s)

Installation Process

Possible clients will reach out to [email protected] and request a quote
Can-Am Estimator will arrive on site to introduce ourselves-
• We will speak with the client in regards to what they are interested in as far as equipment and how it will operate
• We will take measurements and information and report to the office
Once we have received equipment pricing we will send the homeowner a quotation for review
If approved, we will order the equipment and schedule the installation date with the client that best suits their schedule
Can-Am will reach out a few days before the installation date to confirm we are on schedule
Can-Am’s installation team will perform the installation with the up most of standards with adequate site protection and clean up
Once the equipment commissioning has been completed we will instruct the client on the operation of the equipment and controls
Finally our office will follow up to ensure that the home owners are satisfied with their purchase and our service
